   The Ivery Group specializes in providing legal representation exclusively in matters of Federal Law, including Tax Law, VA Claim Law, and Immigration Law. Services do not include representation for state law matters.

2. 2. Client Responsibilities

   Clients are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information relevant to their legal matters. Failure to provide necessary information or meet court deadlines may adversely impact case outcomes.

3. 3. Payment Terms

   Fees for services may include flat fees, hourly rates, or retainer agreements as discussed and agreed upon during consultations. Payments for scheduled consultations are non-refundable. Clients will receive detailed information regarding fees prior to entering into a formal attorney-client agreement.

   While The Ivery Group is committed to providing high-quality legal services, it cannot guarantee specific outcomes for any case. Legal advice is based on the information provided by the client and the circumstances of the case. The firm is not liable for outcomes resulting from unforeseen legal interpretations, client-provided misinformation, or third-party actions.

   As a Federal Law practice, The Ivery Group operates under federal jurisdiction and adheres to applicable federal regulations. Services are not governed by or limited to the laws of any single state.
